The Three Rules
Rule #1 - There are no guarantees.
When it comes to your brand identity, I will do my best to meet your expectations, but I am realistic and understand that it is not possible to please everyone all the time. I will work hard to complete tasks at the agreed-upon rate. I will still strive to produce high-quality, tailored services quickly and cost-effectively.
Rule #2 - Timely Content is a must.
One customer I worked with is a business owner who had all their content already and emailed it to me overnight. I was able to do a logo and website for her in 3 days. I say this to tell you Rule #2, is providing me timely content. I will always work as quickly as I can, however, any delays in providing me with the necessary information is not my fault. To keep the project moving smoothly, I promise to communicate with you daily, and sometimes even more than once, to ensure we are both on the same page. Together, we will negotiate a vision and cost that works best for you, and I will make sure to treat your site as the unique project that it is.
Rule #3 - Communication and Collaboration are KEY.

It's important to me to take the time to evaluate needs and ensure that I have the skills and expertise to make it a good fit. Brand identity is a very personal thing and it should be crafted with care and attention to detail. Understanding your industry and target market is important to me to craft a unique and successful brand identity for you. Ultimately, my goal is to make sure I can offer you the best possible service.
